- A free 30-minute discovery call to meet and discuss your health goals and see if this is a good fit.
- One-hour call every week via Zoom to check-in, discuss goals/dreams and accountability.
- Access to me via Voxer if questions or updates come up throughout the week.
- Free access to any challenge I host during our coaching.
