I love to incorporate my background in gymnastics and cheerleading to create high-intensity interval training workouts! These are just as entertaining and creative as they are difficult and will definitely leave your body feeling the burn! And the best part is that there is no gym needed! Typically these workouts are majority bodyweight but I also recommend you bring a resistance band and 5-8lb dumbbells for the workout!

*These workouts are aimed towards people at the intermediate level of fitness.
