The wellness challenge was amazing! 8 Week Transformation Testimonial

I’ve always been a meat loving guy that was never convinced on going vegan and/or plant based. I love hot wings too much! However, after turning 30 I did want to become more consistently mindful of my health and physique. After following Jelly on Instagram and getting small tastes of the benefits of plant based living from her posts, I decided to take her coaching. My goals were to 1) learn how to incorporate more veggies into my meals and 2) figure out how to keep a lean physique without having to go so hard in the gym. Full transparency, I had no plans to go fully plant based. Well… after 8 weeks I not only met my goals, MY ENTIRE PANTRY AND FRIDGE ARE NOW FULLY PLANT BASED!!!
