The wellness challenge was amazing! I usually “identify” as a pescatarian, so I eat seafood or even dairy here and there, but it was easy and enjoyable to stick with plant-based eating habits for the two weeks. The recipes were delicious and I never felt “hungry” because I was feeding myself meals that actually were nourishing for me. Most importantly, my energy felt great, even on top of cutting out caffeine this month! After this challenge, I absolutely plan to lean more towards plant based/ Whole Foods. The challenge was filled with great energy, great food and great people!
